Final pricing is determined based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to:

• Order quantity (MOQ and volume tiers)
• Product materials and components
• Packaging type and customization requirements
• Branding, printing, and OEM/ODM services
• Shipping method, destination, and Incoterms

Formal quotations will be provided upon inquiry and are valid for the period specified in the quotation document.

We offer full OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services for customers who require customized products under their own brand.

To initiate an OEM/ODM project, customers are required to:

• Provide accurate design files, logo artwork, and packaging requirements in the agreed format
• Review and approve product samples or design proofs before bulk production commences
• Confirm all order specifications in writing prior to production

Bulk production will only proceed based on mutually confirmed materials, including approved samples, design files, and order documentation. Any changes requested after production has begun may incur additional costs and lead-time adjustments.

Sample development is available for most products. Sample costs, lead times, and shipping fees vary depending on the complexity of the product and the level of customization required. These details will be communicated during the inquiry process.

Bulk production lead times are determined by order quantity, product complexity, and current production schedules. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

We are not responsible for production errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer during the sample or order confirmation stage.

Payment terms will be confirmed between both parties prior to order production and will be clearly stated in the proforma invoice (PI) or sales contract.

All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Production will not commence until the required payment or deposit has been received and confirmed.

We support multiple shipping methods to accommodate different order sizes, timelines, and destinations, including sea freight, air freight, and express courier services.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a reference only. Actual delivery timelines may vary due to production schedules, carrier capacity, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

The customer (importer) is solely responsible for complying with all import regulations applicable in their country, including but not limited to customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, and local product safety certifications.

Shinegifts shall not be held liable for delays, additional costs, or confiscation of goods resulting from customs clearance issues or failure to comply with local import requirements.

All content on this website -- including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, graphics, and design layouts -- is the property of Ningbo Shinegifts Import & Export Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any website content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

For OEM/ODM and private-label customers:

• Customers who provide trademarks, logos, designs, or artwork for use in production represent and warrant that they hold all necessary rights and licenses to use such materials.
• Customer-supplied design materials will be used exclusively for the purposes of order development, production communication, and fulfillment, and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• Shinegifts shall not be held responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided artwork or branding materials.

All specific order terms -- including product specifications, pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and payment conditions -- are governed solely by the official order documentation, including the proforma invoice (PI), sales contract, or written order confirmation agreed upon by both parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ningbo Shinegifts Import & Export Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Any inaccuracies or omissions in website content used as the sole basis for business decisions
• Delays or failures caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services
