5. OEM/ODM Projects

Shinegifts provides OEM/ODM support for global B2B customers, including product sourcing, product development, product combination, logo printing, private-label production, packaging design, instruction manual customization, sample development, bulk production, quality inspection, export documentation, and shipment support.

For OEM/ODM projects, final product development and production are based on confirmed project requirements, sample approval, packaging artwork approval, technical details, order agreement, and written communication between both parties.

If you provide product designs, trademarks, logos, artwork, images, packaging files, or other materials, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and provide those materials for the project.

6. Orders & Business Terms

Website content does not constitute a binding sales contract. Any purchase order, production order, sample order, or OEM/ODM project must be confirmed through written communication, proforma invoice, contract, or other formal business document.

Order details may include product specifications, quantity, price, payment terms, production lead time, packaging details, quality requirements, testing requirements, delivery terms, shipping method, and other agreed items.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices, lead times, MOQ, sample fees, tooling fees, packaging fees, testing fees, and shipping costs may change before final order confirmation.

7. Quality & Compliance

We pay attention to quality control throughout product development, production, packaging, and shipment. Our quality focus includes material selection, production control, appearance inspection, function checking, packaging inspection, pre-shipment inspection, and compliance support when required.

For different product categories and target markets, testing and documentation support may be arranged according to customer requirements, such as EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, CE, REACH, or other applicable standards when required.

Customers are responsible for confirming product requirements, packaging requirements, labeling requirements, warning requirements, testing requirements, import requirements, and local market regulations before placing orders.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, layout, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, icons, and page design, is owned by Shinegifts or used with permission unless otherwise stated.

We respect business confidentiality and will use customer project information for relevant business purposes. However, please do not submit highly confidential information unless a separate written confidentiality agreement has been arranged.
