Yes. We strongly recommend requesting samples before confirming bulk production. We offer both stock samples (standard products) and custom samples (OEM/ODM projects with your specifications). Sample fees and lead times vary by product type and customization level.

Stock samples are typically ready within 3-5 business days. Custom or OEM samples require 10-20 business days depending on the complexity of the product and packaging design. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location and chosen courier service.

Sample fees for standard products may be deducted from your first bulk order once a confirmed purchase order is placed. Custom sample fees are generally non-refundable as they cover design and production costs. We will confirm the sample fee policy for your specific project before proceeding.

We export to global markets including the United States, Canada, Europe (EU and UK), Australia, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia (including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines), Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. We support multiple shipping methods depending on your order size, destination and timeline:

• Sea freight (FCL and LCL) for large bulk orders
• Air freight for smaller or urgent orders
• Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples and small shipments
• Rail freight for certain destinations

We can assist with freight quotations and logistics coordination upon request.

We commonly work with EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free on Board, Ningbo port) and CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight). The most common term for B2B export orders is FOB Ningbo. We can also discuss DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) arrangements for specific markets. Please confirm your preferred trade term when requesting a quotation.

We can provide standard export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and other documents required by your customs authority. For specific compliance documents such as test reports, MSDS or product declarations, please inform us during the order process.

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / bank wire transfer) as the primary payment method for wholesale and OEM orders. PayPal may be available for sample payments. Letter of Credit (L/C) can be discussed for large orders. Please contact us to confirm the payment options available for your order.

Standard payment terms for bulk orders are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment, paid by T/T. For new customers or smaller orders, full payment before production may be required. Payment terms can be discussed based on order size and cooperation history.

• OEM/ODM orders with custom packaging: 35-60 days from sample approval and deposit
• Peak season orders (Q3-Q4): allow additional lead time and plan early
